One Account Policy

BitjiTo open an account, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Providing incorrect details may cause issues during account verification later on.

KYC Verification Process

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Transaction Verification

In case of suspicious transactions Bitji Additional verification may take up to 48 hours. During this time, the relevant amount will be placed on hold.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

5 Betting Rules

BitjiThe following rules apply when placing bets. Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed.

Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet fails to process due to a lost internet connection or a technical issue, Bitji reserves the right to void that bet.

Odds Changes

Odds can change rapidly during live betting. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are final. Even if the odds shift after your bet is placed, it will be settled at the original odds.

If a match is cancelled or postponed

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the bet amount will be refunded
• If cancelled before a specific over or time after the match has started Bitji's own terms apply
• If a suspended match resumes, all bets placed on it will remain valid

Maximum Bet Limit

6 Prohibited Activities

Bitji's Terms & Conditions strictly prohibit the following actions. Violations will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Involvement in match fixing or corruption — engaging in any form of match manipulation
• Bonus Abuse — Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information
• Automated Betting Software — Using bots or scripts to place bets
• Hacking or cyber attacks — Attempting to breach platform security
• Money Laundering — Using the platform for illegal money laundering
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party — Placing bets on behalf of others or using someone else's funds
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities — Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage

7 Account Closure

Bitji Both the platform and the user have the right to close the account.

Closed by User

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing. If you wish to reopen a closed account, identity verification will be required.

Closed by Bitji

In the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions, Bitji We may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice. Accounts may be placed on hold while suspicious activity is under investigation.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel betting is becoming an addiction, use the Self-Exclusion feature to temporarily or permanently close your account for a set period (from 1 week to permanent).
